The company offers IC fabrication products comprising ion implant modules; and interconnect solutions, such as surface preparation solutions, copper plating products, test wafer reclaim solutions, chemical mechanical planarization products, deposition products, and materials packaging products. It also provides flat-panel display market products, as well as provides mixing technologies to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. The company has strategic alliances with Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc.; and Enthone, Inc. ATMI, Inc. was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut.
