In addition, Community Bank System, through its other subsidiaries, offers retirement plan consulting, daily valuation administration, and actuarial and ancillary support services; and employee benefit plan administration and trust services. As of May 21, 2009, it operated approximately 150 customer facilities across Upstate New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Community Bank System was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Dewitt, New York.
