China Natural Resources, Inc. engages in the exploitation and ore processing of iron and zinc concentrates extracted or produced at mines primarily located in Anhui Province in the People's Republic of China (PRC). The company also operates a copper smelting facility in Inner Mongolia, the PRC, and sells blister copper and sulfuric acid resulting from the smelting process. In addition, it involves in the operation of a coal mine under construction in Huajuexiang, Jinsha County, Guizhou province, the PRC; and the exploration of multi-metal mines in Hainan province, Guangdong province, and Auhui province, the PRC. The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
