It serves organizations in the utilities and energy, telecommunications, retail, insurance, high-technology, computer and office equipment, industrial equipment, medical equipment, building automation, public security, and home services sectors. The company sells its products through direct sales force located in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region, as well as through reseller agreements with partners. ClickSoftware Technologies was founded in 1979 and is based in Petach Tikva, Israel.
