As of December 31, 2008, Clean Energy Fuels Corp. owned and operated 176 natural gas fueling stations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Texas, Washington, Georgia, Wyoming; and British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. The company was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Seal Beach, California.
