The company also offers pyramid probe card product line used in wireless chip applications, as well as probe station accessories, such as thermal control systems, microscopes, lasers, cameras, special cables, and connectors and other items. In addition, it provides installation and maintenance services. Cascade Microtech sells its products through a combination of manufacturersÂ’ representatives, distributors, and direct sales people to semiconductor manufacturers, research organizations, test subcontractors, and designers in North America, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and the People's Republic of China. The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon.
