The company also offers traffic information service system, a software system that provides real time road conditions and related information; taxi LED GPS monitoring and coordinating system for GPS, transmitting photos, alarms and information distribution, and vehicle dispatch by calls; GIS-T (transportation) middleware, which helps the user in establishing own application systems without significant customizations; and dynamic traffic information service platform to collect, process, distribute, and operate traffic information. In addition, it provides palmcity navigation engine, which integrates mapping and navigation into Windows CE and Internet applications; and comprehensive location based service platform, a transportation information service platform based on GIS, GPS, ITS, and communication technologies. Further, it offers traffic flow surveying solutions, intelligent parking systems, red light violation snapshot systems, intelligent highway vehicle monitoring systems, intelligent traffic management platforms, and intelligent public transport systems; and software platforms that utilize 2-D and 3-D GIS. The company markets and sells its products and services to highway information systems, urban intelligent transportation systems, digital city, and land and resources segments within the government and regulated sectors. China TransInfo Technology Corp. is based in Beijing, China.
