As of December 31, 2007, it operated 12 full-service banking offices in Clovis, Fresno, Kerman, Madera, Oakhurst, Sacramento, and Prather; 1 limited-service banking office in Fresno; and 1 loan production office in Modesto, California. The company was founded in 1979 and is based in Clovis, California.
