Its products include 193 nanometers (nm) ArF immersion light sources, 193 nm ArF dry light sources, and 248 nm KrF light sources offered under XLR, XLA, Nanolith, 5000, 6000, and 7000 brand names. In addition, Cymer, Inc. sells replacement parts to lithography tool manufacturers. It markets its products and services in the United States, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, the People's Republic of China, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in San Diego, California.
