The company serves various markets, including aerospace, adhesives, automotive and industrial coatings, construction, chemical intermediates, inks, mining, and plastics. It sells its products through direct sales force and distributors in North America, Latin America, the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
