Donaldson Company, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture and sale of filtration systems and replacement parts worldwide. The company operates through two segments: Engine Products and Industrial Products. The Engine Products segment offers air filtration systems, exhaust and emissions systems, liquid filtration systems, and replacement parts. This segment serves independent distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) dealer networks, private label accounts, and equipment fleets, as well as OEMs in the construction, mining, agriculture, and transportation markets. The Industrial Products segment provides dust, fume, and mist collectors; compressed air purification systems; liquid filters and parts; static and pulse-clean air filter systems for gas turbines; and specialized air filtration systems for a range of applications, including computer disk drives. This segment sells its products to various industrial end-users, OEMs of gas-fired turbines, and OEMs and end-users requiring clean air. Donaldson Company was founded in 1915 and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
