Dover Motorsports, Inc., through its subsidiaries, markets and promotes motorsports events in the United States. The company operates four motorsports tracks in three states and promotes events under the three sanctioning bodies, including National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Indy Racing League, and National Hot Rod Association. It also owns and operates Dover International Speedway in Dover, Delaware; Gateway International Raceway near St. Louis, Missouri; Memphis Motorsports Park in Memphis, Tennessee; and Nashville Superspeedway near Nashville, Tennessee. The company, formerly known as Dover Downs Entertainment, Inc., was founded in 1994 and is based in Dover, Delaware.
