In addition, Evans Bancorp provides direct financing leasing of commercial small-ticket general business equipment to companies located in the United States; offers non deposit investment products, such as annuities and mutual funds; owns a real estate investment trust that holds commercial real estate loans and residential mortgages; sells various premium-based insurance policies; and provides claims adjusting services to various insurance companies. As of April 23, 2008, it operated 11 banking offices. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Angola, New York.
