FX Energy owns gas and oil exploration rights in 9 project areas encompassing approximately 5.4 million gross acres in Poland. As of December 31, 2008, its total proved estimated gas and oil reserves were 45.9 billion cubic feet of natural gas equivalent. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
