The company also offers payroll processing services, including check printing, direct deposit, and accounting documentation, as well as related federal, state, and local tax deposits; gift and loyalty programs; electronic and paper check processing services; and micro payment and campus solutions, as well as sells and rents point-of-sale devices and supplies. As of December 31, 2008, it provided bank card payment processing services to approximately 168,850 active SME bank card merchants; and to approximately 82 large national merchants with approximately 55,761 locations. The company also provided its services to approximately 5,600 merchants in Canada. It serves restaurants, brick and mortar retailers, lodging establishments, gas stations, automotive repair shops, convenience and liquor stores, and professional service providers, as well as the petroleum industry. The company was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey.
