It holds 100% interest in the Asumura gold property, located in south west (SW) Ghana; and 100% interest in the Esaase gold project, located on the Asankrangwa gold belt in SW Ghana. The company was formerly known as Quicksilver Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Keegan Resources Inc. in February 2005. Keegan Resources Inc. was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
