The Health and Fitness segment operates health and fitness clubs, and health-related business enterprises. It designs, manufactures, and sells fitness machines and fitness-related products. The Gaming and System segment develops content and hardware for gaming machines for casinos. It develops, produces, and sells gaming machines, such as video and mechanical slot machines and management systems to gaming operators in North America, Oceania, and other overseas markets. The company, formerly known as Konami Co., Ltd., was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
