The company's intellectual property licensing business line involves in licenses intellectual property estate, including five U.S. patents that describe methods and systems for processing checks electronically. Its check processing/software licensing business line engages in primary and secondary check collection that includes electronic check re-presentment comprising return check management, such as traditional and electronic recovery services to retail clients; and software licensing. The company sells its products and services indirectly through channel and technology partners, and directly through its Website and an internal sales staff.
