Organon to discover, develop, and commercialize new biotherapeutic drugs. It also has an alliance with Nuevolution A/S, which provides access to Nuevolution's Chemetics platform chemistry technology. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas.
