In addition, Molina Healthcare, Inc. provides 10 licensed health plans in the states of California, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas, Utah, and Washington. The company was formerly known as American Family Care, Inc. and changed its name to Molina Healthcare, Inc. in March 2000. Molina Healthcare, Inc. was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Long Beach, California.
