New Generation Biofuels Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary, New Generation Biofuels, Inc., holds an exclusive license to commercialize proprietary technology to manufacture an alternative bio-fuel from vegetable oils and animal fats in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. It offers its bio-fuel or fuel additive for use in diesel fuel applications, including power generation, commercial and industrial heating, and marine transportation. The company was formerly known as H2Diesel Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to New Generation Biofuels Holdings, Inc. in March 2008. New Generation Biofuels Holdings was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida.
