As of March 31, 2009, it provided telephone and integrated services digital network services to 42.08 million subscribers; broadband services to 11,134 thousand FLETÂ’S Hikari subscribers and 3,992 thousand FLETÂ’S ADSL subscribers; mobile phone services to 54,601 thousand subscribers. The company was founded in 1952 and is based in Tokyo, Japan.
