Its loan portfolio comprises one-to-four family residential loans; commercial and multifamily real estate loans; construction loans for residential dwellings and commercial development projects; and commercial loans, such as lines of credit, time notes, letters of credit, and loans guaranteed by the small business administration. The company also offers consumer loans that include home equity loans and lines of credit, as well as loans secured by passbook or certificate accounts, secured and unsecured personal loans, and home improvement loans. As of June 1, 2009, it operated branch locations in Marmora, Linwood, Ventnor, Egg Harbor Township, Absecon, Northfield, Margate, and Mays Landing. The company was founded in 1887 and is headquartered in Ocean City, New Jersey. Ocean Shore Holding Co. is a subsidiary of OC Financial MHC.
