Pharmacyclics, Inc., a development stage pharmaceutical company, focuses on developing drugs to treat cancer and other diseases. Pharmacyclics has a license agreement with the University of Texas to develop and commercialize porphyrins, expanded porphyrins, and other porphyrin-like substances. It also has a strategic alliance agreement with Les Laboratoires Servier SAS. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California.
