It has strategic collaborations with Chiron Vision Corporation; Bausch & Lomb Incorporated; Alimera Sciences, Inc.; and Pfizer, Inc. The company, formerly known as pSivida Limited, was founded in 1987 and is based in Watertown, Massachusetts.
