Its product lines include Financial Times newspaper; FT.com, a business information Web site; financial magazines and online services; and Mergermarket, which delivers data to businesses and financial institutions. The Penguin group publishes approximately 4,000 fiction and non fiction books under the brand names, including Hamish Hamilton, Putnam, Berkley, Dorling Kindersley, Puffin, and Ladybird. The company was founded in 1844 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.
