It also holds an interest of approximately 19 percent in Vail Resorts, Inc., a mountain resort operator in the United States. The company serves retail chains, mass merchandisers, grocery wholesalers, warehouse club stores, drug stores, restaurant chains, and foodservice distributors in the United States and Canada. It sells its products through a broker network, internal sales staff, a network of third party warehouses, and independent truck lines. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
