The Technical Services segment offers pressure pumping, coiled tubing, snubbing, nitrogen pumping, well control consulting and firefighting, wireline, and fluid pumping services. This segment also provides downhole motors, fishing tools, and other specialized downhole tools. The Support Services segment offers equipment and services, including drill pipe and related tools; pipe handling, inspection, and storage services; and oilfield training services. This segment also involves in the rental of diverters, drill pipes, drill collars, handling tools, and hoses that are used for onshore and offshore oil and gas well drilling, completion, and workover activities. It serves companies that engage in the exploration, production, and development of oil and gas properties in the United States, including the Gulf of Mexico, mid-continent, southwest, and Rocky Mountain regions, as well as in Africa, Canada, China, eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. The company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
