Its wireless solutions include Virtual Wire short-range radio products consisting of hybrid transmitter, receiver, transceiver modules, and transceiver design and development kits; radio frequency integrated circuits; and wireless module products. The company also offers wireless components, which include filters, frequency control modules, and low-power components. In addition, it markets a line of approximately 500 radios, radio modules, resonators, filters, clocks, and oscillators to distributors, electronic manufacturing service companies, and original equipment manufacturers. RF Monolithics serves industrial, automotive, consumer, medical, and telecommunications markets primarily in North America, Europe, and Asia. The company was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
