Schweitzer-Mauduit International and its subsidiaries conduct business in approximately 90 countries with operations in the United States, France, Brazil, the Philippines, Indonesia, Canada, and a joint venture in China. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.
