The IT Consulting and Systems Integration segment offers IT infrastructure design, development, technology deployment, application development, and implementation services primarily to hospitality, retail, and food service industries. The Government Technology Services segment operates as a managed network service provider offering design, implementation, operation, and maintenance services for its customer's IT infrastructure ranging from their desktops to their data and voice networks. The Other Services segment offers technical staffing services, learning services, and on-site technical support services. The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Southfield, Michigan.
