It also provides deposition systems, such as Endeavor physical vapor deposition (PVD) products to address film types and applications; AMS PVD products for deposition of aluminum nitride for bulk acoustic wave and film bulk acoustic resonators filtering devices; and Compact Nano-Layer deposition products for conformal coatings. The company's systems enable the production of micro-electrical mechanical systems, power integrated circuits, and optoelectronic devices used in various products, such as smart phones, networking gear, solid-state lighting, and digital imaging.
