Its Hi Art system combines integrated CT imaging with radiation therapy to deliver radiation treatment with reducing radiation exposure to surrounding healthy tissue. The company's Hi Art system contains a linear accelerator, a device that generates external beam radiation that is used both to capture images and to deliver therapeutic radiation to selected targets in a helical, or spiral, delivery pattern 360 degrees around the body. It markets the Hi Art system to university research centers, community hospitals, private and governmental institutions, and cancer care centers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific, through direct sales personnel, sales agents, and distributors. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin.
