Its services include general management; planning and consultation; concept design; exhibition layout and design; exhibit design and construction; graphics and design; show traffic analysis; carpeting and flooring; decorating products and accessories; custom graphics; overhead rigging; cleaning; and electrical, lighting, and plumbing distribution. This segment's services also consist of program management and on-site coordination for exhibitors; rental furniture and furnishings, booth carpeting and signage; logistics and shipping services; exhibit design and construction; return on investment analysis; attendee and exhibit booth traffic analysis; installation and dismantling services; and storage and refurbishing of exhibits. The Experiential Marketing Services segment offers face-to-face exhibits and environments; logistics management; exhibit maintenance and warehousing; installation and dismantling; online ordering and Internet-based services; marketing, advertising, and multimedia; and customer relationship management marketing services. The Travel and Recreation Services segment delivers tourism products for attractions, motorcoach services, charter and sightseeing services, tour boat operations, inbound package tour operations, and hotel operations; and operates four historic lodges, three motor inns, and one camp store in Alberta, Canada. Viad Corp has operations in North America, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. The company was founded in 1914 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
