Weight Watchers eTools is an Internet weight management tool for the Weight Watchers meetings members that helps to manage the day-to-day aspects of weight management plan online. Weight Watchers International also sells proprietary products that complement its weight management plans, such as bars, snacks, cookbooks, POINTS value guides, Weight Watchers magazines, and POINTS calculators. The company sells its products through meeting operations and to its franchisees. It has a joint venture agreement with Danone Dairy Asia to establish a weight management business in the People's Republic of China. Weight Watchers International was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
