Its accommodations include hotel rooms and suites, villas, cottages, bungalows, campgrounds, vacation ownership condominiums, city apartments, fractional private residences, luxury destination clubs, and yachts. The company's Vacation Ownership segment markets and sells vacation ownership interests to individual consumers; offers consumer financing in connection with the sale of vacation ownership interests; and provides property management services at resorts. As of December 31, 2008, it developed or acquired approximately 150 vacation ownership resorts in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific. Wyndham Worldwide Corporation offers its products and services under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Wyndham Rewards, Wingate, Microtel, RCI, The Registry Collection, Endless Vacation Rentals, Landal GreenParks, Cottages4You, Novasol, Wyndham Vacation Resorts, and WorldMark by Wyndham brand names. It markets its products and services in the United States and internationally. The company is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey.
